What are the dates and times for Day Camp?

View the Day Camp Schedule here. Day Camp runs Monday–Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Extended care options may be available for an additional fee, please email our Camp Registrar for more information.

What ages can attend?

Day Camp is designed for children ages 5–12.

What time is check in?

Registration is at 9 AM daily. If a camper arrives later than 9 AM, please call the camp office at 517-688-3783 to let us know when to expect your camper. There is an additional fee for early arrivals, please email our Camp Registrar for more information.

What time is pick up?

Day Camp will end on Sunday at 5 PM daily. If your camper will be picked up early, please notify the camp office at 517-688-3783. There is an additional fee for late pick-ups, please email our Camp Registrar for more information.

Do campers need to bring their own lunch?

No—lunch and an afternoon snack are provided daily. If your camper has an dietary concerns we should be aware of, please email our Camp Registrar.

What activities will my child participate in?

Campers enjoy Bible time, songs, outdoor games, swimming, horsemanship skills, crafts, and classic camp activities designed for their age group.

What is a typical schedule at Day Camp?

Our Program Team loves having the element of surprise for our campers to make each day unique and special. In general, you can expect the day to include:

  • Arrival & Welcome Campers check in, meet their counselors, and settle in for the day.
  • Morning Gathering Kick off the day with songs, devotion, and a short Bible lesson.
  • Morning Activities Choose from outdoor games, crafts, or team-building challenges.
  • Mid-Morning Activities / Free Play Swimming, sports, or hands-on camp activities.
  • Lunch & Quiet Time Enjoy a nutritious meal, followed by story time, reflection, or calm activities to recharge.
  • Early Afternoon Activities Rotating options such as nature, water activities, archery, horsemanship or creative arts.
  • Afternoon Snack & Games Recharge with a snack and participate in interactive games or fun challenges.
  • Late Afternoon Activities & Closing Circle Wrap up the day with final activities, recap highlights, and prepare for pick-up.
Who supervises the campers?

Our trained counselors and staff provide a safe, caring, and Christ-centered environment at all times.

What should my camper bring each day?

Campers should bring a backpack with a refillable water bottle, sunscreen, swimsuit, towel, and comfortable clothes/shoes for outdoor activities.

What shouldn't campers bring to day camp?

Snack foods or candy (no food or drink are allowed, other than what is provided by our staff). Your child will have an opportunity to visit the Trading Post while at day camp.

Please keep all electronics, including games, ipods, and cell phones at home. If you bring any of these things we’ll be happy to hold them until you leave.

Can my child attend more than one week?

Yes! Many families choose multiple weeks—whether as a childcare solution or simply because their kids love it.

Is financial assistance available?

Yes—scholarships may be available for families who need extra support. Please email our Camp Registrar details.
