*All reservations have a $5 non-refundable reservation fee.


Camping reservations may be made online up to 2 years in advance. Campers may renew their reservations before departure, based on availability. A responsible adult (18+) must register and stay on-site each night.

CAMPGROUND POLICIES

Somerset Beach Campground seeks to provide a positive Christian atmosphere to individuals and groups for their retreat and camping activities. Therefore, individuals using the camp’s facilities will conduct their activities according to the following summary of guidelines:


  1. Alcoholic beverages, unauthorized drugs, marijuana, and fireworks are prohibited.
  2. Smoking and vaping/e-cigs is restricted to your campsite and is not permitted in any camp buildings or areas of general public use.
  3. The hours of 11 PM - 8 AM are designated as QUIET HOURS.  
  4. A vehicle permit is required for all motor vehicles. Licensed motor vehicles, golf carts, and bicycles are allowed on main roadways only. No more than 2 motor vehicles allowed on a site. ATV and non-street legal UTV vehicles are prohibited. Bicycles are not to be ridden on sidewalks, hiking trails, or hills. Posted speed limit and road signs are to be adhered to. 
  5. Pets must be kept on a maximum 10’ leash at all times but are welcome throughout the campground area but not permitted in buildings. Please clean up after your dog’s waste.
  6. Your visitors are welcome between 8 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Visitors are requested to register in the Welcome Center. A visitor fee may be required.
  7. Campsites shall be occupied by not more than one recreational unit, two tents and eight persons. Campers must provide at least a 4 foot unobstructed pathway around tents and recreational units.
  8. Check-in is at 3 p.m. for RV & Tent Camping, Cabins and Glamping Tents. Check-out is at 11 a.m. for Cabins and Glamping Tents and 1 p.m. for RV & Tent Camping.
  9. Archery, zipline, axe throwing, group building activities and some other activities are permitted only when camp staff are on duty in these areas.
  10. Lifeguards will be on duty for limited hours. Persons ages 16+ can swim at their own risk when staff is not present.
  11. Modest bathing attire is required.
  12. Minor children must be accompanied by an adults when using the waterfront.
  13. Public spaces and roadways are maintained by video surveillance.

Additional Camping Reminders

Garbage containers are provided in each camping area and near the exit. Please do not leave garbage sitting out. Please do not take firewood from the woods. 10 MPH speed limit for motorized vehicles, golf carts, and bicycles - this is for everyone's safety.

Cabin Policies

Pets, smoking and cooking are not permitted in the cabin. Please report a lost key to the staff in the Welcome Center immediately. Please close the windows when the threat of rain is forecasted.
